What a lovely Christmas it has been..and still is, as we are still only breezin our way through the 4th day!! Very relaxing, family and friends around and some great sunny strolls through the farm with Sweep - My loyal companion, my Noble Steed. Tee hee.
OO sweeties!! (I just found yet ANOTHER bag from christmas..yummy)
Invited Ali and Clairey round for a good old sing song on the wii to Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, Ali and AJ (*eewww, that percy pig I just stuffed in my mouth tastes stale....never let your sibling fill your advent calendar*) and then, after Pizza and Vodka ..of which Claire consumed A LOT of, we headed into St.Helier. Well, it was fun, Chicago was friendly seeing old school chums and teaching the k3 dance to my Jersey Beanz, but after Ali left and we left Chicago it was all just dodgy 40 year olds and playing catch me if you can with the security guards in The Drift; so while we were waiting patiently in the taxi rank and getting pneumonia in the lungs of our toes we had a good healthy rant about how much crap it is going out in Jersey and how amazing FALMOUTH is!
So - The moral of the story today children: Come to Falmouth, it's small, YES, very small, but grreat; I would happily drag myself up Jacobs Ladder in place of hanging out in Mint...eew :p
Shame we couldn't get tickets for the New Year bash at the waterfront, but after my comparisons of Falmouth and Jersey night scenes, it's probably a blessing from God. In which case, I am holding a dinner party at my house on New years eve whoever is lost for celebration: Your welcome to join us for a civilised dinner and a not so civilised wii session after :p Get your vocal muscles into shape - Disney Channel sing star beckons.
